Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. They govern your use of the Ghar Ki Dukaan mobile application and website at gharkidukaan.store (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Kishore Traders (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refunds & Cancellation policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Our service
Ghar Ki Dukaan is a grocery and consumer-goods delivery service operated by Kishore Traders. We sell products from our own inventory and deliver them in areas where we currently offer service (“serviceable areas”). Availability of products and delivery slots may change without notice.
Estimated delivery times shown in the App are indicative and may vary due to demand, traffic, weather, rider availability, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with parental or guardian supervision and consent.
3. Account and security
- You register using your mobile number and OTP verification.
- You are responsible for keeping your phone and OTP secure and for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate, complete information and keep addresses up to date.
- We may suspend or refuse service if information appears false, incomplete, or abusive.
4. Orders, pricing, and payments
- Prices, taxes, delivery fees, and other charges are shown before you place an order.
- We accept prepaid payments via Razorpay and cash on delivery (COD) where offered.
- Payment card / UPI processing is handled by Razorpay under their terms; we do not store full card numbers.
- We may cancel an order if payment fails, stock is unavailable, the address is unserviceable, or fraud is suspected.
- Title in products passes to you after successful payment (or COD collection) and delivery as applicable.
5. Delivery
- Deliveries are made to the address you select in the App within serviceable areas.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order. If you ask us to leave an order unattended, you accept the risk of loss or spoilage.
- For COD, the rider may refuse delivery if full payment is not made; delivery fees for a failed attempt may apply as stated at checkout or by support.
6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation policy, which forms part of these Terms. Individual products may also show return eligibility in the App.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Interfere with the Platform, other users, or our delivery partners
- Harass staff or riders, or discriminate unlawfully
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the Platform beyond normal consumer use
- Resell products purchased for commercial wholesale without our written consent
8. Intellectual property
The App, website, branding, logos, and content are owned by Kishore Traders or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform for personal shopping.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that product images are identical to physical goods in every respect, or that ETA will always be met. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kishore Traders’ total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, except where prohibited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Kishore Traders against claims arising from your misuse of the Platform, inaccurate information you provide, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the App and request account deletion as described on our Delete account page.
13. Communications
You consent to receive transactional communications (order updates, OTPs, support) by SMS, call, WhatsApp, email, or push notification. Marketing messages, if any, will follow applicable law and opt-out options.
14. Governing law and grievance
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our business operations shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
16. Entire agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refunds & Cancellation policy are the entire agreement between you and Kishore Traders regarding the Platform.
