Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Ghar Ki Dukaan account and associated personal data. This page satisfies Google Play’s requirement for an account-deletion path outside the app.

What gets deleted

• Your login account (phone-based Firebase Auth user)
• Profile details linked to that account
• Saved addresses and app preferences tied to the account
• Other personal data that is no longer required to operate the service

What we may retain

We may retain limited records required by law or for legitimate purposes, such as invoices, tax records, completed order history needed for accounting, and fraud-prevention logs, for the period required under applicable law. These retained records are not used for marketing.

How to request deletion

Option A — From the app (recommended)

1. Open Ghar Ki Dukaan and sign in
2. Go to Account (Settings)
3. Tap Delete account and follow the on-screen steps

Option B — By email (from this website)

1. Email support@gharkidukaan.store
2. Use subject line: Account deletion request
3. Include the registered phone number for the account

Timeline

After we verify your request, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days. We may contact you to confirm ownership of the account before deleting it.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. Active or incomplete orders may need to be resolved first.
